I use a strengths-based approach, exploring your strengths and supports that could be helpful to you. I also like to use handouts, worksheets, and give therapy homework to help you implement the changes you want to make.
My focus
I enjoy working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and adjusting to life changes and stressors. If you are ready to make a change because what you've been doing all along is no longer working for you, then I may have something new to offer you.
My approach
I've been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I also use a lot of mindfulness practice in my work with clients.
