Hi there, I'm Ann!

I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy with adults for a variety of concerns. EMDR helps you get the support you need.

My focus

I work with clients experiencing PTSD, panic, generalized anxiety, depression, anger, sleep and eating difficulties, interpersonal challenges, and self-esteem concerns. If you're being held back from peak performance, EMDR has protocols to reduce self-limiting thoughts and behaviors.

My approach

With compassion and respect, we first understand what creates difficulties in the present. EMDR then targets blocks in your nervous system from traumas or distressing experiences that cause negative reactions. Clearing these blocks often leads to peak performance and freedom from anxiety, grief, and frustration.
