I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a caring nature and problem-solving skills that can support you in coping with a variety of situations. Over the years, working in healthcare, I have handled the many needs of a diverse group of patients (children and adults) and their families.

My focus

I work with individuals suffering from depression and anxiety, with a specialty in postpartum depression. I also support clients going through life transitions, parenting challenges, work/life balance, illness, grief, and loss.

My approach

I offer therapy using Solution Focused, Brief Treatment, Crisis Intervention, Client-Centered, Systems Approach, and CBT. These modalities help you identify strengths, develop practical solutions, and build coping skills to navigate challenges effectively.
