Hi there, I'm Alicia!

Taking the first step to seek out mental health services whether for yourself or for a loved one can feel daunting so I applaud you for starting the process! To give a quick overview of my practice, I provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults and specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, and ADHD.

My focus

I work with children, adolescents, their families, and young adults. I have expertise in treating anxiety disorders (e.g., social anxiety, generalized anxiety, specific phobia), OCD, depression, and ADHD. I can also help with related mental health concerns such as perfectionism, academic stress, burnout, and emerging adulthood transitions.

My approach

My treatment approach draws from cognitive-behavioral modalities, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, MI, and PMT. I'll help you or your child increase self-understanding, create more balanced and helpful thought patterns, and engage in behavioral experiments that help build bravery, increase self-confidence, and improve overall well-being.
