I've been working as a School Counselor for 5 years, earning my Master's in School Counseling from New York University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in FL, PA & NJ and received my Certificate in Graduate Studies in Professional Counseling from Eastern University.

Overall, I use more of an eclectic approach, depending on the individual needs of the client. I draw from experience and training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

My communication style is warm, empathetic, and grounded. I strive to create a safe environment where clients feel heard, validated, and understood. I check in often, ask clarifying questions, and pace sessions based on your comfort level.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a provider was shaped by my own experiences with stress and life changes. Inspired by the support I received, I pursued clinical training to help others grow, guided by empathy, respect, and belief in each person’s ability to change.
