My journey to mental healthcare

I feel this life granted me many challenges which led to me starting treatment as a preteen and I fell in love with psychology. I knew I needed to share what I learned to help others.

My goals for you

I vary pending client preference. I'm more than happy for clients to lead in goals, but I know that questions alone can be intimidating and can offer guidance if needed.

Our first session

Usually my first session is really about getting to know my client: their history, their family/important players, their preferences, and goals. It's also about rapport building and clients getting to know me!
