With more than two decades in private practice and two books on anxiety, I specialize in helping adolescents and adults overcome anxiety and life stressors to regain a sense of control in their lives. My work is collaborative, supportive, and focused on real, lasting change.

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and women who are struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, and feeling overwhelmed. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally dealing with worry, self-doubt, or feeling stuck. I provide a warm, supportive space while also offering practical tools.
