I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

My focus

I work with adults 18 and up on a variety of issues, including women's issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and relationship issues.

My approach

I have a client-centered approach to therapy. I believe that the client is the expert, and I am there to assist by providing a non-judgmental and empathic presence.
