Hi there, I'm Annette!

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where you feel supported and understood. I use a personalized approach, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic practices, and attachment-based therapy.

I welcome clients from all walks of life and provide support for those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are women who appreciate having a safe, collaborative space to process their experiences, build confidence, and strengthen coping skills.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can explore your experiences without judgment, while learning practical tools to create change. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic practices, and attachment-based therapy.

My communication style

My communication style is honest, compassionate, and collaborative. I listen closely for patterns and themes in what clients share, helping them gain insight into the challenges they face. While I create a supportive and nonjudgmental space, I also believe in offering gentle but direct challenges when clients are ready to do deeper work.

My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a genuine passion for supporting people through life's challenges. These experiences deepened my dedication to working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions.

I help clients reach their goals by creating an open, supportive space where we can clarify what feels most important to them. Together, we define priorities and break them down into achievable steps so progress feels meaningful and manageable. I provide tools that clients can use both in and outside of sessions.

During our first session, we'll review practice policies and confidentiality so you feel informed about how therapy works. I'll get to understand your intentions for therapy, your current experiences, and what you hope to achieve. This is a chance to explore your goals, ask questions, and begin establishing a plan.
