Hi there, I'm Sean!

My approach to working with clients is person-centered, strength-based, collaborative, and specific to the individual with whom I am working. I am particularly experienced in helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.

My focus

I am most experienced working with adults and teenagers 16 and older, as well as geriatric clients. I've successfully helped many individuals overcome maladaptive fears, anxiety, panic disorders, and depression.

My approach

I borrow heavily from cognitive-behavioral therapies, including CBT, REBT, and Mindfulness-Based CBT. My approach is person-centered and solution-focused, empowering you to take control of your thoughts while understanding the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
