I work with teens, and I coach couples through life challenges. Providing positive communication techniques as well as parent coaching. I work with seniors. I am an adoptive father and have been with my wife for over two decades. I have survived and thrived after divorce, so I know the pain and challenges of moving forward. Let's thrive!

My journey to mental healthcare

Becoming a therapist was a natural choice as I have been a caregiver throughout my life. I can't imagine anything more gratifying than helping someone feel better about themselves after engaging with another person.
