My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a desire to help others find strength through life’s challenges. My own journey working with trauma survivors showed me the power of therapy in healing. I’m driven by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change.

My goals for you

I see therapy as working as a team. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you—whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth. Always looking to see if plans need to change in order to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.

Our first session

In the first session, I will be asking you a series of questions to get to know a little about you. and... what brings you to therapy. I will be able to answer any questions you have about the work we will do together.
