I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, mood disorders, substance use disorders, complex trauma, and low self-esteem. My focus is helping individuals build confidence through compassionate, individualized care.
My approach
My approach is collaborative and rooted in evidence-based practice. I work with a multitude of modalities, including CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. By taking an eclectic approach, my clients receive treatment plans tailored to their unique individual needs.
