My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a psychologist after years of teaching school and ministry work. Prior to that, I played music for a living. Through many years of professional and personal experience, I am glad I can bring those understandings into our time together for your benefit. Those I work with have also helped me to grow.

Focus on personal growth and peace based on concepts and processes like: clarify expectations; keep in mind what you can and cannot control; remember boundaries and setting limits; stay true to yourself and your own values.
