With more than 15 years of clinical experience, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in New Jersey. I work collaboratively with clients to address emotional, relational, and life concerns, using an approach that is thoughtful, practical, and tailored to each individual.

My communication style is warm, direct, and collaborative. Using a cognitive behavioral approach, I help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while offering practical tools they can apply in daily life. I bring experience supporting clients with grief, anxiety, depression, and other life concerns.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a provider grew from a lifelong desire to support individuals through challenging moments. I discovered early that I could offer a calm, empathetic presence and truly hear others, and through both professional training and life experience, I bring a thoughtful perspective to the work we do together.

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I’ll start by introducing myself, then ask you to share what led you to seek therapy now. We’ll discuss how therapy may help you meet your goals, my role in the process, and at the end of the session, you can decide whether continuing feels right for you.
