For the past 30 years, I have had the opportunity to work alongside varied individuals addressing Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder needs. Additionally, I have served populations within the LGBTQIA+ and Autism Communities.

I have always been drawn to the helping professions, starting with volunteering in the local teen center, and building into clinically focused care.

I will utilize a range of empirical and established theories. I have additional training in DBT and trauma-informed care.

After being in the field for a while, I have set a professional goal to encourage Clients to take the lead and interview me to ensure I am the right fit for their needs. A strong rapport with a Therapist is an important factor in helping you reach your goals.
