My journey to mental healthcare

My journey started with a deep interest in how the mind and body connect, and a passion for helping people feel truly heard and supported. This inspired me to specialize in psychiatry so I could make a real difference in how people heal and grow. Today, I feel honored to walk alongside my clients on their paths toward better mental health.

Early on, we'll talk about what matters most to you—whether that's improving your mood, managing anxiety, building healthier routines, or simply feeling more like yourself. From there, we'll create clear, realistic steps to help you get there, adjusting along the way as your needs evolve.

The first session is a starting point—we'll explore what brings you in and what you'd like your life to look like moving forward. We'll work together to set some initial goals and outline the next steps. There's no pressure to figure it all out right away.
