For me, mental health is all about helping individuals get in touch with their true selves. When I'm not practicing, I'm at home with my family and our German shepherd, cooking, or just trying to relax—meditation and hiking. I enjoy quietness.

My focus

I'm open to working with anyone who is looking to improve their mental health. My specialty is medication management. My clinical experience spans clients of all ages and from all walks of life.

My approach

I set clear goals for myself and my clients, and treat every session as an opportunity to make progress. I approach treatment with an eclectic assortment of approaches and tools to individualize our work together to best meet your needs.
