My journey to mental healthcare

I always felt called to help others. Growing up, I developed a deep respect for the struggle and resilience of BIPOC communities. I discovered how much I enjoyed listening to people, problem-solving, and motivating others to explore their authentic selves.

Our first session

My intake process is a free-flowing conversation where I provide a warm environment for you to feel comfortable opening up about yourself and what brings you to therapy. We review a standard intake questionnaire together to assist with goal-setting and creating our therapy journey.
