My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to mental health care by a deep desire to help others feel seen, supported, and empowered. Over time, I saw how the right care could truly change lives. Becoming a provider allowed me to combine my passion for science and human connection to make a meaningful difference every day.

Together, we'll identify your main concerns and set clear, realistic treatment goals. I'll guide you step by step, tracking progress, adjusting care as needed, and celebrating improvements. My goal is to help you feel better, gain stability, and build the tools you need for long-term wellness.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll talk about your symptoms, history, and goals in a relaxed, judgment-free space. I'll ask questions to understand what you're going through and begin crafting a personalized treatment plan. You'll have plenty of time to share, ask questions, and feel heard.
