I find the importance to sit in challenging emotions, hold space through empathetic connectivity, and begin to allow for grace between pain and healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist to support individuals in dissolving barriers that limit their ability to be calm and happy. I believe that my experience, training, and dedication to your care provide a path to being able to laugh at things, let go of wanting to change others, and invest in oneself.

My goals for you

Treatment planning begins at the first session and will be fluid throughout the duration of treatment. The focus it to break down a symptom into smaller parts and introduce coping skills to understand and decrease symptomology.

Our first session

Our first session together will be to identify symptoms, explore history of emotional and mental well-being and to craft a plan that will improve overall health.
