I strive to create a supportive, therapeutic environment where clients can speak openly and freely without feeling judged. I encourage people to be their authentic selves.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a nurse, I worked primarily in mental health settings. I am able to connect with my patients and develop therapeutic rapport. I have a strong desire to help people struggling with mental health conditions become their best.

My goals for you

I will work with the client to address their concerns and develop a plan of care that is suitable to their needs. We will establish goals and work together to meet those goals.

Our first session

During our first session, I will gather a complete detailed mental, physical, and social assessment and discuss the symptoms you are currently experiencing. We will create a plan of treatment so you know what to expect in subsequent appointments.
