My journey to being a mental health provider began with my family. I was committed to providing quality care and support to patients in need. I want the assistance I provide to help transform the landscape of mental health care, and for patients to live the best life they can.

My goals for you

Goal setting is a shared responsibility in my practice. We start with me listening to your goals for yourself, and then I provide recommendations to help you achieve those goals.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll spend most of our time talking about how you've been feeling recently. I'll ask questions to better understand why you may be feeling that way and gather some history. The first session is about building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there.
