My communication style

I believe that if I have a gift, it is to make people feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed. I work hard at listening to people, and I also provide tools, resources, and direction to help solve problems and heal emotions.

My journey to mental healthcare

I enjoyed speaking with people, and I hoped I would be able to assist people in healing and making changes that would be beneficial to them and their families. I like establishing relationships with my clients and working together toward the goals.

My goals for you

I ask clients what their goals are for counseling and what they would like to achieve. From there, we work cooperatively to clarify and reach those goals.

Our first session

To get acquainted and comfortable with me and the counseling process, and to establish goals and have a sense of direction and a roadmap toward achieving those goals.
