My area of focus is adults with conditions such as depression, anxiety, acute grief and loss, bipolar disorder, self-esteem, confidence, coping skills and stress management, insomnia, LGBTQ+, and cultural diversity and inclusion.
My approach
My approach to patient care is individualized and client-centered. I utilize a holistic approach where I look not only at the mental health aspect of a client but also at an individual's well-being as a whole. This allows care that addresses the root cause of mental health problems.
