My communication style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. In sessions, I create a tone that is open and nonjudgmental, so patients feel safe sharing their experiences honestly. Working with me feels supportive and empowering. I strive to balance professionalism with genuine compassion, encouraging patients to take an active role in their care.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider began with my early work in a community behavioral health facility, where I witnessed firsthand the impact of compassionate, patient-centered care. Supporting individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments showed me how critical access to quality mental health services is.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting by working collaboratively with patients to identify what matters most to them and what they hope to achieve through treatment. Together, we break larger goals into clear, realistic, and measurable steps, ensuring that progress feels achievable and motivating.

Our first session

During a first session, patients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment so I can better understand your unique needs. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, and understood.
