My approach

With a broad background in various psychotherapy treatments, I tailor my approach to individual needs. Some struggle with stressful life events, while others have difficulty defining what bothers them. Many couples struggle with lack of emotional connection, leading to isolation and despair.

My communication style

Establishing a good rapport is necessary for treatment. One has to feel comfortable and safe to share. Couples often feel hopeful after working with me.

My journey to mental healthcare

I think I entered this profession due to my problems and difficulties. The profession probably picked me versus my choosing it. I often see it as a calling.

My goals for you

Treatment goals need to be realistic and practical. Often smaller steps are more likely to be attained than creating too large of goals.
