Hi there, I'm John!

I provide solution-focused therapy, CBT, and addiction counseling. I work collaboratively with patients to meet their treatment goals and objectives for treatment.

My focus

I provide cost-effective treatment for those suffering from addiction disorders, anxiety, bipolar and depression disorders, grief and loss, and eating disorders. I work with all populations, including children, military veterans, parents, adolescents, the elderly, and those diagnosed with illnesses.

My approach

I utilize both a behavioral and psychodynamic approach to assist clients in achieving their goals for therapy.

My communication style

The counseling process is a major investment in the overall health of the individual. I provide a safe and secure environment to begin the therapeutic process.

My journey to mental healthcare

At the age of six, I lost my mother to the disease of addiction. My mother was 28 years old when she died. What drives me to do this work is the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to access treatment on any level at any time in a safe and secure environment with a trained and competent therapist.
