My approach to therapy uses different techniques. I’m big on person-centered and strength-based therapy
My focus
I work with adolescents and adults. Some of the issues I specialize in include anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, personality disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, and women's issues.
My communication style
I communicate with empathy and warmth, providing an understanding and compassionate space for my clients. My style is adaptable to meet each individual's needs while maintaining a non-judgmental and supportive approach.
My journey to mental healthcare
I obtained my Master of Social Work degree from Stonybrook University, where I studied from September 2007 to May 2010 in Stonybrook, NY. This education provided the foundation for my journey into a career in mental healthcare.
