My communication style

I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

I knew I wanted to be a therapist in high school. I actually wanted to work with children. I saw the need, and I did start out working with children, but once I began my work in the psychiatric emergency room, I realized that I have a love for working with adults dealing with workplace challenges.

My goals for you

Therapy is a partnership. Together, we'll identify goals that matter to you, whether improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another objective. As you gain insights, your goals may evolve, and we can adapt our plan anytime to keep it meaningful and relevant.

Our first session

We'll complete an intake and discuss your reasons for coming to therapy. I make time to explore what's happening in your life and why you're seeking support now. We'll also discuss initial strategies you can begin using right away.
