My journey to mental healthcare

Working in the mental health field provides me with the opportunity to give others life-changing support. I am able to offer compassion, inspire hope, and teach the skills needed to overcome challenges. I work with people of all ages on issues such as stress, trauma, or self-esteem.

My goals for you

I work with clients who may be struggling with their mental health. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement after.

Our first session

Feeling anxious about seeing a provider is a common feeling, but don’t let those fears interfere with you getting the help you need. Having a general understanding of what kinds of questions will be asked and topics that will be discussed can definitely alleviate some of your concerns and make you feel more comfortable at your first appointment.
