My formation entailed looking at each theory and analyzing its social-historical-cultural construction of understanding human behaviors. I recognize that everyone is unique and treatment needs to address the individual and their construction of meaning, placing clients as active agents of change.

I have always been fascinated by human behavior, in knowing what makes us tick. My journey started from curiosity about criminal behavior. I have been fortunate to provide psychotherapy services to an array of diverse populations, forwarding my therapeutic approach and understanding of human behavior.
