My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental health began with a desire to support people during their most vulnerable moments. I found myself drawn to patients who were often overlooked, those struggling emotionally and psychologically. What drives me each day is knowing that even small moments of connection can be deeply transformative.

My goals for you

My goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools to improve their well-being in a way that aligns with their personal and cultural identities.

Our first session

We'll start by discussing what brings you in and what you hope to get out of treatment. I'll ask about your mental health history, current concerns, daily routines, and any relevant cultural or environmental factors. It's a space for building trust and setting goals together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
