I'm committed to creating a nonjudgmental, welcoming space where you feel safe and supported throughout our work together.

My journey to mental healthcare

People have always come to me for support, but my early work in foster care and with domestic violence survivors showed me how damaging unresolved trauma can be. I recognized that representation matters and there was a need for more clinicians of color. I feel honored to help people and take my role seriously.

My goals for you

Goals are mutually agreed upon; you lead the pace and direction of our work. My job is to facilitate helping you reach desired outcomes in a safe and supportive way.

Our first session

You should expect to feel comfortable moving and sharing at your own pace. Our first session is for us to begin getting to know one another, and you can share as much or as little as feels right.
