My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career as a nurse, then a nurse practitioner. Throughout my time, I always worked with patients in mental health crisis, and I decided to specialize in it as a way to provide holistic care to patients with complex symptoms.

I want to set realistic goals with patients based on their needs, but also clinically functional needs to make sure that the patient is completing necessary activities for a fulfilling life.
