Hi there, I'm Sarah!

I help children, teens, adults, and families address anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, bipolar disorder, relationship problems, LGBTQ+ concerns, and women's issues. Together, we'll develop a plan to break through barriers and live more freely. I believe you have the answers and want to empower you to find solutions that work best for you.

My focus

I work mainly with children, adolescents, and adults on depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, parenting, career and work stress, LGBTQ+ concerns, relationship issues, trauma, and neurodivergence.

My approach

I am always client-centered and believe that you hold the answers. My role is to help you uncover your own power and support you on your unique life journey. I use a variety of approaches, including CBT, DBT, SFT, and PCIT, as well as incorporating art and play elements.
