My journey to mental healthcare

As a child, I was drawn to those left out—offering kindness, snacks, and connection. My family says I’ve come full circle. Becoming a therapist and coach is my calling. I’m here to close the gaps in care, offer culturally attuned support, and walk with others toward healing and joy.

I co-create goals with clients that reflect their values, needs, and pace. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and flexible—blending therapy and coaching to support clarity, healing, and growth. We revisit goals often, honoring shifts, celebrating progress, and staying aligned with what matters most.
