My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to becoming a therapist through a passion for helping people heal and navigate life’s challenges with support and compassion. With over eight years of experience, I support adults facing stress, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions, creating a safe, collaborative space for meaningful change.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by working collaboratively to clarify what they want, break goals into realistic steps, and build skills they can use in daily life. We regularly check progress, adjust goals as needed, and focus on practical strategies that support steady, meaningful change.

Our first session

Your first session is a calm, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you. It’s normal to feel nervous or unsure at first. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and concerns, at your pace. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
