I work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, life transitions, relationship issues, and aging. I have extensive experience working with immigrant clients, especially those from the Russian-speaking community.

My journey to mental healthcare

Becoming a therapist is my second career. I initially worked in computer programming but found it unfulfilling. My long-standing interest in psychology and human behavior inspired me to change professions, and I realized my true calling was to help people heal, grow, and improve their lives.
