Change is hard, and I'm proud of you for taking the first step to seek help. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to sort through the pieces and find your power again. I build authentic relationships where there can be validation and gentle challenges to help you grow into the version of yourself you want to be.
My focus
I work with people struggling with racing thoughts, panic, anxiety, and constant worry. I help those experiencing low motivation, hopelessness, depression, nightmares, or flashbacks from trauma. I support clients using substances to cope and those facing relationship or marital issues.
My approach
I work from a strength-based and person-centered approach because you are the expert in your own recovery. I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy to treat trauma. I have extensive experience with substance abuse as well.
