My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider began in the ICU with patients who had overdosed. If they were fortunate enough to wake up, I would sit with them and speak about how they came to be in that situation. The desire to help others deal with personal issues and trauma continues to make me strive to be a better practitioner.

My goals for you

We work on one small goal at a time over a short period, then proceed forward with longer-term goals over a longer period of time.

Our first session

You should expect our first meeting to be about building rapport with each other by sharing information and getting to know one another.
