My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a mental health clinician has been shaped by both my clinical experiences and a deep dedication to patient-centered care. I began my career as a Nurse Practitioner and spent nearly a decade working in an outpatient clinic in the Bronx, where I witnessed firsthand the profound impact mental health has on individuals and families.

I approach goal setting as a collaborative process where we identify what matters most to you and break it down into realistic, manageable steps. I focus on helping you create goals that feel both meaningful and achievable, while leaving space for adjustments as your needs and circumstances evolve.

Our first session

Patients can expect a thoughtful conversation where I take time to learn about your history, current concerns, and goals for care. We’ll discuss your symptoms, past treatment experiences, and what you’d like to focus on. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your options and a collaborative plan for next steps.
