Hi there, I'm Jennifer!

I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I work with adults and specialize in Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and Women's Health issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytical Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients overcome obstacles and live their best lives.

My focus

I feel that my style and approach are a good fit for adults who are struggling with mood dysregulation, experiencing life changes, and/or interpersonal conflict. This often takes the form of low self-esteem, unmanageable stress, feeling overwhelmed, engaging in people-pleasing behaviors, and finding it difficult to enjoy daily life.

My approach

My approach to therapy varies depending on the individual needs of each client. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytical Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy as these modalities help establish a strong therapeutic relationship and promote positive lifelong change.
