My journey to mental healthcare
My own journey into the mental health field grew from a deep desire to help others heal from trauma and adversity. Through my extensive training and experience, including clinical work at the Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center and Rikers Island, I have developed a profound respect for the human capacity for growth and transformation.
My goals for you
My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and supported on your path to wellness. Whether you are struggling with longstanding issues or facing a current crisis, I will work with you to identify your strengths, reframe negative thought patterns, and develop a personalized plan for achieving your goals. Your well-being is my priority.
My first session with you
In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship. I will listen intently to understand your unique story, challenges, and aspirations. Together, we will start to identify treatment goals and map out a path forward. You can expect me to be fully present, authentic, and invested in your progress from day one.
