Hi there, I'm Katherine!

Are you feeling stuck, powerless, or uncertain? You are not alone. I will work with you to find your inner strength and power, as you gain more insight and control over your current situation and yourself. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, confident, and self-assured as you navigate your current situation and future challenges.

My focus

Are you struggling with new transition, medical trauma, and are you feeling overwhelmed, and anxious? I work with individuals struggling with transitions, grief, medical trauma, and autoimmune diseases. I will work with you to identify and use your strengths to develop client specific tools and coping strategies to overcome adversity.

My approach

I will join you on a therapeutic journey, first we will work to establish goals and identify strengths. Then I will work with you using CBT and ACT as we work to identify negative thought patterns, and dismantle them using your own voice. Together, will find self-compassion and acceptance, while also introducing various mindfulness techniques.
