I am a licensed clinical social worker, who works primarily with women and teens navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can truly feel seen and heard. I offer individual therapy via telehealth, focusing on helping clients better understand themselves.

My approach
My approach is both compassionate and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practices. I often incorporate parts work and inner child healing into sessions, supporting clients in understanding their internal world, and building a more nurturing relationship with themselves.
