My focus

I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, depression, and life transitions. Many of my clients are looking for greater clarity, emotional balance, or simply a safe space to process and feel heard. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and strive to create an inclusive, affirming environment, especially for those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach

I take a practical, collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. We'll work together to understand what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and set clear goals. I also offer tools or exercises between sessions to help you keep moving forward.

My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, and I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

My decision to become a therapist stemmed from a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. As a child, I found myself drawn to listening to others' stories, offering comfort during difficult times, and encouraging friends when they faced challenges. Witnessing the resilience of individuals facing adversity inspired me further.

I believe that therapy is a partnership. We will work together to set goals that matter to you most, whether that's improving relationships, building self-esteem, or achieving another personal objective. In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and talk about what's bringing you to therapy. We'll explore what you'd like to work on and begin to set goals that feel meaningful and manageable for you. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to take steps toward the life you want.
