Hi there, I'm Rick!

Greetings. I have been a mental health provider for 45 years and have had a wide variety of experiences with a wide variety of people. I always give my best and very much enjoy helping others achieve their goals.

My focus

I'm a generalist who has worked in community mental health with people from very diverse backgrounds. I've supported clients facing a wide variety of mental health concerns, from those experiencing homelessness to those with significant financial resources.

My approach

I believe people are driven by a combination of thinking, feelings, behavior, and physiology--but our thinking and behavior are what we are most able to control. Positive changes in those two areas often lead to positive changes in our feelings and physical condition.
