Hi there, I'm Anthony!

My approach to therapy is client-centered, and my focus areas of practice are adult anxiety and depression, college-related transitions/relationships, couples, military veterans, and geriatrics.

My focus

Over the past thirty years, I have been able to acquaint myself and work with a variety of people and the issues they are dealing with - pregnant teenage moms, preschoolers and their families, inpatient treatment of adolescents, court-involved adolescents, intensive outpatient adult substance abuse treatment, and outpatient military veterans.

My approach

My approach is client-centered, and I desire to start where the client desires to start. Initially forming a trusting therapeutic relationship - a space where the client feels safe - is foundational. All therapy will flow from the relationship.
