I am a therapist with over 15 years of experience in community mental health centers, schools, crisis centers, and outpatient therapy offices, with teens and adults. I use a person-centered approach to therapy where you, the client, are the expert, and I am here to support you on your journey to cope with life's struggles.

I specialize in working with teens and adults facing anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, family conflict, grief and aging, and medical concerns.
My approach
My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and work towards positive change. I use an eclectic mix of therapy approaches when working with clients. Some of the more common ones are CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
